I noticed this bag used by flight crews and thought this might be the perfect bag for my daughter. She was using an over the shoulder large bag that became very heavy and was becoming difficult to manage.

I purchased this as a Xmas gift for my daughter who works for the Dept of Commerce, walks 2 blocks from the state car garage and frequently carries her laptop, lunch, coffee thermos, dress shoes, workout clothes, etc.

Pros: Well made, exactly as expected with plenty of space for everything you need for an overnight trip or daily as a multi-purpose office/personal bag.

I wish I knew what rolling underseat bag I *should* have purchased for my needs. AA specifies that underseat bags be no more than 8 inches high. When empty, this bag requires 10.5 inches of clearance to slide it under a seat. Since I naively assumed this was designed for that role, I did not take the time to compare the bag dimensions to the carry-on requirements of American Airlines. I wanted a bag sized for stowing under a typical airline seat.
